Jack Curry and Scot Fishburn, friends since the age of nine, had long desired to build a company that would be an embodiment of their highest principles and ideals, a company that would be based on professionalism, efficiency, and integrity. To that end, in 1982, they formed a development and management company founded upon these principles.
