Apartment Community Management/Maintenance Teams
We are looking for teams or individuals to manage and maintain properties in New Mexico and West Texas. We have immediate openings for a Tax Credit property in Albuquerque, NM and new positions open frequently throughout our region.
Managers should be organized and have excellent people skills. Two to three years experience in apartment management or similar professional position preferred. Duties include but are not limited to - advertising and marketing of the apartment community, processing of applications and tenant certifications, monthly rent collection, evictions, and vendor relations.
Maintenance Technicians - Two to Three years experience in apartment maintenance preferred. Must have own tools. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, and basic carpentry skills. HVAC certification a plus.
