The system ensures compliance with federal and state requirements for income limits and reporting proceedures. It also tracks tenant ledgers and automates tenant notification for recertification requirements and rent changes. Advanced scanning and workflow technology help create a system of checks and balances for admiting new residents to a property, while also speeding our invoice process to pay vendors quickly.

The on-site system is linked to our home office accounting and reporting package. With this technology JL Gray can provide timely and accurate financial statements to owners and staff over the Internet.
